Erin Darrow writes fantasy and science fiction inspired by nature, fairy tales, and folklore. When not writing, she wanders the woods, watches birds, cares for cats, and brews herbal tea. Once upon a time, she was a scientist, mapmaker, and recordkeeper in ecology and earth science. She lives along the banks of the Waikato river in Aotearoa New Zealand with her partner and calico cat.
